Did you know that meat can stay for weeks or even months if stored properly? If you do not know how, try using these methods
- Using the freezer : Wrap the meat in a bag to prevent freezer burn. Make sure it’s wrapped in a way to prevent air to set in before putting in the freezer.
- Using Salt : Put the meat in a bag or jar and make sure it’s covered with salt. Continue doing this every 7 days.
- By Canning : Get a proper canner (like a pressure canner) or canning jars. Fill it with 2-3 inches and heat it. Then remove from heat and allow it to cool, (naturally and not forced). Once it cools, put meat and store in a cool dry place.
